1. Wallpaper
Artwork & Sizing
All designs are subject to final artwork and size approval. The layout and appearance of a design may vary depending on the dimensions and proportions of your wall. Certain designs may require cropping, repositioning or adjustment and may not be suitable for all wall sizes. We will contact you should any material adjustment be required before production.
2. Custom Design
Custom Design Approval
All custom designs are subject to final artwork approval. Designs may need to be adapted, cropped, repositioned or adjusted to suit the dimensions and proportions of the intended wall or print size. Final suitability will be confirmed before production.
3. Customer-Uploaded Images
Customer-Uploaded Images
Customer-supplied images are subject to artwork approval before production. Image quality, resolution, dimensions and proportions will be assessed against the requested finished size. Oak & Canvas cannot guarantee that every uploaded image will be suitable for enlargement to the requested dimensions. If an image is unsuitable, we will contact you before production.
By submitting your image, you acknowledge that production remains subject to artwork and quality approval.
4. Canvas Prints
Canvas Artwork & Sizing
Artwork is subject to final size and quality approval. Depending on the selected canvas dimensions, images may require cropping, repositioning or adjustment. Not all artwork is suitable for every canvas size, and we will contact you if the selected artwork cannot be reproduced satisfactorily at the requested dimensions.
5. Customer Approval of Artwork/Proof
Artwork Approval
Please carefully review the artwork, positioning, cropping and dimensions shown in this proof. Production will commence once the artwork has been approved. Approval confirms acceptance of the artwork layout and positioning as presented.
6. Checkout Acknowledgement
I understand that all artwork is subject to final size, quality and artwork approval and that minor cropping, repositioning or adjustment may be required to accommodate my selected dimensions.
7. Copyright / Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customer Content & Copyright
By uploading or supplying an image, photograph, artwork or design, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permission to reproduce it. You authorise Oak & Canvas to reproduce and, where necessary, adjust the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Privacy & Personal Images
Personal photographs uploaded to Oak & Canvas will only be used for assessing, preparing, producing and fulfilling your order, unless separate consent is provided for any further use.
By uploading an image containing identifiable individuals, you confirm that you have the necessary authority or consent to provide and reproduce that image. Where an image contains a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent/legal guardian or otherwise have the necessary authority and consent to provide the image for reproduction.
Oak & Canvas will not use personal photographs for advertising, social media, promotional or portfolio purposes without separate consent.”
